The point you become hoggish, and hope to get "lucky", is the point you squander all of your cash. Seems a bit strange, but it appears to be factual. The only time I ever amass cash is when I do not worry about squandering it. I headed to the the casino the other night with 20 dollars. I couldn’t care any less about losing it, I mean, what is $20? So can you imagine what happened? I left with $120 in profit in 1 hour!
A different occassion I was at the casino with my buddy Ben. I went in with 100 dollars that I could not stand to squander. I got hoggish, I got scared, and I ended up betting too much and losing it in 30 minutes! The lesson is never ever wager more than you can commit to squander. If you don’t worry about not winning, you have a lot more chance of winning big!
How else can you enhance your chances of succeeding at Roulette other than making a budget? Never wager on single numbers! Yes, they come up every once in a while, but they don’t come up enough to ensure a steady profit. Only wager on 1:1 bets e.g. black, red, odd, even, 1-18, and 19-36, and 2:1 wagers for example 1st dozen, second dozen, third 12, etc Bet on odds that pay fairly big.
With the basic rules covered, how else might we further boost our odds of winning at Roulette? By turning probability into our ally, instead of our mortal enemy. "You cannot win at Roulette", my friend Mike would say to me. "It is completely arbitrary because any number might come up". Sure, my buddy Ben has a point, however at the same instance, he is overlooking a critical part of the picture. I absolutely agree, red or black could be landed on 30 times in a row, but how frequently does that happen?
