The day you become insatiable, and pray to get "lucky", is the day you squander all of your cash. Sounds a little absurd, but it appears to be genuine. It seems the only time I ever come away with cash is when I don’t worry about losing it. I headed to the the casino the other evening with $20. I could not care any less about blowing it, who cares about $20? So can you imagine what happened? I ended up leaving with $120 profit in just two hours!
Another occassion I was at the casino with my friend Matt. I went in with 100 dollars that I couldn’t bear to squander. I got greedy, I got terrified, and I ended up wagering too much and squandered it in 32 mins! The lesson is don’t ever bet anymore than you are able to lose. If you do not care about squandering, you have a lot more chance of winning big!
How else can you build up your chances of winning at Roulette besides making a budget? Never bet on single numbers! Yes, they come up every once in a while, but they don’t come up enough to guarantee a dependable profit. Only bet on 1:1 bets e.g. black, red, odd, even, 1-18, and 19-36, and 2:1 wagers e.g. first dozen, second dozen, 3rd 12, etc Wager on odds that pay fairly high.
With the basics covered, how else might we further boost our chances of succeeding at Roulette? By turning probability into our buddy, instead of our opposition. "You can’t be a winner at Roulette", my friend Chris would say to me. "It’s absolutely random due to the fact that any number might come up". Sure, my buddy Ben does have a point, however at the same time, he is overlooking a critical part of the picture. I absolutely agree, black or red possibly could be landed on 30 times in a row, but how often does that happen?
