The point you become gluttonous, and pray to get "lucky", is the point you lose all of your cash. Seems a bit absurd, but it seems to be credible. It seems the only time I ever come away with cash is when I don’t worry about squandering it. I decided to go to the the casino last evening with twenty dollars. I could not care less about blowing it, I mean, what is 20 dollars? So can you imagine what happened? I left with one hundred and twenty dollars in profit in just one hour!

Another occassion I was at the casino with my buddy Jeff. I took with me $100 that I could not bear to squander. I got greedy, I got terrified, and I ended up wagering too much and losing it in 32 mins! The lesson is do not wager more than you can commit to lose. If you do not worry about squandering, you have a lot more opportunity of profiting big!

How else can you build up your chances of succeeding at Roulette other than creating a budget? Never wager on individual numbers! Yes, they hit every once in a while, but they don’t hit often enough to guarantee a constant profit. Just bet on 1:1 wagers like black, red, odd, even, 1-18, and 19-36, and 2:1 wagers like 1st 12, second 12, 3rd dozen, etc Bet on odds that pay relatively high.

With the basic facts covered, how else might we further increase our chances of winning at Roulette? By shifting probability into our buddy, instead of our enemy. "You can not succeed at Roulette", my friend Chris would say to me. "It’s completely arbitrary because any number can come up". Absolutely, my buddy Mike does have a point, although at the same time, he is overlooking an important aspect of the picture. I totally agree, red or black can come up 30 times in a row, but how frequently does that happen?
