The day you become insatiable, and wish to get "lucky", is the day you lose all of your cash. Sounds a little absurd, but it seems to be credible. The only time I ever amass money is when I do not care about losing it. I went to the the casino the other night with 20 dollars. I couldn’t care less about blowing it, who cares about $20? So guess what happened? I left with $120 in profit in just one hour!

Another occassion I headed to the casino with my friend Ben. I took in $100 that I couldn’t afford to lose. I got hoggish, I got scared, and I ended up wagering too much and losing it in 32 mins! The lesson is at no time bet more than you can commit to squander. If you don’t worry about squandering, you have a lot more chance of winning big!

How else can you enhance your chances of profiting at Roulette other than setting a budget? Never bet on individual numbers! Yes, they come up every once in a while, but they do not come up enough to guarantee a dependable profit. Just bet on 1:1 bets like red, black, even, odd, 1-18, and 19-36, and 2:1 bets like first dozen, second 12, third 12, etc Bet on odds that pay relatively big.

With the basic rules reviewed, how else might we further increase our odds of succeeding at Roulette? By shifting probability into our friend, as opposed to our mortal enemy. "You cannot be a winner at Roulette", my friend Chris would say to me. "It’s completely arbitrary due to the fact that any number could come up". Sure, my friend Mike does have a point, although at the same time, he is missing a significant part of the picture. I totally agree, black or red can be landed on thirty times in a row, but how frequently does that happen?
